The Monkey Zone is not responsible for any errors or loss of data resulting from, but not limited to, browser incompatibilities, software plugins, network filters, network connection settings, firewalls, or other technically related issues. The Monkey Zone is not responsible for any losses caused by website down time, web server errors, or Internet connection failures. The Monkey Zone is not responsible for any loss of records resulting from web server errors, system failures, or other software or hardware malfunctions. The Monkey Zone is not responsible for any loss of records resulting from accidental or unauthorized access of membership accounts.

Privacy and Data Security

The Monkey Zone does not share or sell any account holder contact or personal information with outside parties. The Monkey Zone is not responsible for accidental or unauthorized access to membership account holder's information. Such access may include, but is not limited to, illegal third party actions such as form submission interception, database hacking, or other attempts to obtain membership account records from the website.

The Monkey Zone encourages the use of strong user logins and passwords that include a mixture of letters, numbers and other permissable characters, as well as frequent changes to user logins and passwords to help deter any unauthorized actions to membership accounts.

Financial Transactions and Refunds

All financial transactions for membership accounts to the website are processed by PayPal. Any questions regarding credit card charges, bank charges, financial disputes, or other financially related issues should be addressed to PayPal. In the event of a memberhsip account activation or renewal failure following a successful PayPal payment, The Monkey Zone will investigate the matter and correct any administrative errors that may have occured within the website.

Membership account subscriptions are automatically charged by PayPal at the interval specified at the time of the membership account creation. Membership account subscriptions remain in effect until either the membership account holder or The Monkey Zone chooses to terminate the subscription through PayPal's website. There is no minimum or maximum membership account subscription period, and membership account subscriptions may be canceled by either party at any time. The Monkey Zone is not responsible for any delays in membership account subscription payments caused by the membership account holder, their financial institutions or PayPal that may lead to a memberhip account's expiration or deletion.

The Monkey Zone does not issue refunds of any kind on any new, unused, partially used or expired membership accounts. The sole exception to this policy is in the event that The Monkey Zone chooses to discontinue the website's services to the public. In the event of such a change, The Monkey Zone will issue refunds through PayPal to all current membership account holders for the value of their remaining membership account balances.

Membership Expiration and Deletion

When a membership account approaches the end of its term, The Monkey Zone will send a series of emails notifying the membership account holder of pending expiration and deletion dates, as well as instructions for renewing their membership account. The Monkey Zone is not responsible for any failures in the delivery of these messages, including but not limited to, inaccurate and/or outdated email addresses on file with the membership account, spam filters, and junk mail filters. The Monkey Zone encourages membership account holders to keep the email address on file with their membership account accurate and up to date to avoid the potential loss of important email notifications.

In the event that a membership account expires, all account records and data associated with the expired account will be kept on file for a period of two weeks after the account expiration. If at the end of the two week period following the membership account expiration the account holder has not renewed their membership account, all account records and data associated with the expired account will be permanently removed from the website's database records.

The Monkey Zone reserves the right to terminate a membership account at any time and refuse membership access to its website.
